Conference Community Groups are groups of 3-7 pastors who meet regularly (at least monthly), either in person or virtually. The purpose of the groups is for the participants to encourage, pray for and challenge one another. This is about soul care, not shop talk. We believe CCGs are an essential component of the network that being a pastor in Genesis provides. Reminiscent of and sometimes calling upon the topics of discussion from John Wesley's accountability groups, CCGs give pastors a safe place to process with their peers.

Do you think you should be in a CCG and you aren't, or not sure who your CCG leader is? Let us know.
